    Personal Data

    OfflineBuddy XYZ is designed to function primarily offline. The Application does not require You to provide personally identifiable information (such as name or email) to use its core features. We do not maintain user accounts or store identifiable Personal Data on Our servers.

    Local Data Handling

    • User Conversations: Your conversations are stored locally on Your Device. They remain on Your Device until You choose to delete them within the Application. We do not transfer, store, or have access to Your conversation history on any external servers.
    • Deletion of Data: You can delete Your conversation history at any time via the Application's interface. Once deleted, the data is removed from Your Device and cannot be recovered by Us.

    No Local Encryption

    The Application does not currently encrypt the locally stored conversation data. Protecting access to Your Device and the Application is Your responsibility.

    Usage Data

    The Application itself does not actively collect Usage Data such as IP addresses or browsing data. However, we may receive certain non-personally identifiable diagnostic information through integrated third-party tools (such as crash reports).

    Third-Party Frameworks and Tools

    We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and payments, enabling Us to provide subscription-based features within the Service. While RevenueCat may collect data necessary for these services, such as device and purchase information, We ensure that no conversation content or unnecessary Personal Data is shared with RevenueCat.

    Use of Your Data

    • Service Maintenance and Improvement: We may use anonymized crash and diagnostic data to troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and improve user experience.
    • Analytics (Non-Identifiable): If RevenueCat or similar tools provide anonymized analytics, We may use these insights to understand feature usage and improve the Application.
    • No Personal Data for Marketing or Advertising: We do not use Your conversation data or Personal Data for marketing, profiling, or targeted advertising.

    Disclosure of Your Data

    With Service Providers

    We may share anonymized crash and performance data with our Service Providers (e.g., RevenueCat) to address technical issues and improve the Service. This information does not include Your conversation content or Personal Data.

    Business Transfers

    In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, anonymized data may be transferred. We will notify You before any such transfer and the potential application of a different Privacy Policy.

    Legal Requirements

    Since We do not collect or store identifiable Personal Data, there is no typical retention period. Locally stored conversations remain on Your Device until You delete them. Crash and diagnostic data retained by third-party tools may be stored for periods defined by their own policies, typically only as long as needed to analyze and resolve issues.

    Our Application is available worldwide. We strive to comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the European Economic Area and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents.
